Arctic Frontiers Conference Report

Report from the fourth and final conference of the Geopolitics in the High North programme is now available

Geopolitics in the High North held its fourth and final annual conference “Geopolitics in a Changing Arctic” 23-25 January 2013 in Tromsø, Norway. The conference was organized as a part of the annual Arctic Frontiers conference. 

Arctic Frontiers started on 21 January. High-level politicians, including the foreign ministers of Norway and Sweden, the Canadian Minister of Health and the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency, the Deputy Secretary of Russia’s Security Council, and the Lieutenant Governor of Alaska gathered to discuss current issues in the Arctic during the policy days of the conference.
